Delivery Issues

Zinky is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping in the future. For now, Zinky ships within Australia only.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Zinky products are made with natural ingredients, but individual reactions can vary.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases, but reach out and we’ll assess on a case-by-case basis at Hellozinky@gmail.com.
