Every balm is made in small batches in Mullumbimby, Byron Shire. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (not on weekends or public holidays) and you'll get tracking once it's on its way. Delivery times depend on your location and the option you pick at checkout. Free metro shipping applies to orders of two or more collab tins.

Returns and Refunds
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Email us at Hellozinky@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law aren't affected.
