Zinky x Systm Board Draw: Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter
This promotion is run by Zinky, ABN 64 422 084 837, 6 Weeronga Way, Ocean Shores NSW 2483, contactable at Hellozinky@gmail.com ("we", "us"). The prize is supplied by Systm Surfboards, 4/29 Taree St, Burleigh QLD 4220.

2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 12:00am on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 30 October 2026, or earlier if all 100 limited edition tins sell out before then. All times in these terms are NSW time.

3. Who Can Enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Zinky and Systm Surfboards and their immediate families aren't eligible.

4. How to Enter
Each Zinky x Systm limited edition 30g tin purchased online at zinky.au during the promotion period earns one entry into the draw. There's no limit on the number of entries per person, and you don't need to do anything else to enter.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the entries attached to it are void.

5. The Prize
One winner will receive a custom surfboard shaped by Systm Surfboards. The board will be made to the winner's reasonable specifications in consultation with Systm, within the standard range of models and glassing options offered. Boards are made to order and production usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from when specs are confirmed.

The board can be picked up from the Systm workshop in Burleigh at no cost, or shipped within Australia at the winner's expense. The prize isn't transferable and can't be exchanged for cash.

6. The Draw
The draw will take place at 12:00pm on 31 October 2026 at 6 Weeronga Way, Ocean Shores NSW 2483, and the winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

7. Winner Notification and Redraw
We'll contact the winner on the day of the draw using the email and phone number on their order. To claim the prize, the winner must respond by 11:59am on 1 November 2026. If the winner can't be reached, doesn't respond in time, or their entry is found to be invalid, a redraw will take place at 12:00pm on 1 November 2026 at the same address, and the new winner will be contacted the same way. The winner's first name and suburb will be announced on our Instagram and website on [announcement date].

8. Privacy
Personal info collected through your order is used to run this promotion and contact the winner, and is handled in line with our privacy policy at [link]. We may share the winner's details with Systm Surfboards so they can make the board.

9. General
We reserve the right to disqualify entries that break these terms or appear fraudulent. If something outside our control means the promotion can't run as planned, we may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to any directions from a relevant state or territory regulator. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
